The management bodies of the company are the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board and the CEO of the company – Managing Director. The company conducts its operations in line with the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, its Articles of Association and other Lithuanian regulations. The General Meeting of Shareholders is annually convoked by the Board of the company not later than 4 months after the end of the financial year.


The Board is comprised of five members who are elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders for a period of four years. One of the goals of the Board policy is to maintaining sufficient portion of the shareholders’ equity, thus seeking to justify the trust of investors, creditors and other market participants in the company as well as to plan expansion of business in future. The Board is responsible for the creation and supervision of risk management structure and seeks to maintain risk management environment where all employees are aware of their functions and obligations. The Board constantly analyses the capital return indicators and makes proposals on dividend payment subject to financial results and strategic plans.

Panevezio statybos trestas AB Is Going to Build Kaunas Waste to Energy Power Plant in Kaunas

Panevezio statybos trestas AB, being successful at the international tender for public procurement of civil construction works, and a joint venture of state owned  Lietuvos energija UAB and Fortum Heat Lietuva UAB, Kauno kogeneracine jegaine UAB, has signed the contract for construction of Kaunas Waste to Energy Power Plant in Kaunas.
