Authorized capital of the company and its structure
As of 30 September 2011, the authorized capital of the Company was 16,350,000 Litas, it was divided into 16,350,000 ordinary registered shares (hereinafter referred to as ORS), the par value of one share being 1.00 Litas. All shares are intangible and fully paid. The property right for the shares is proved by the record in the stock accounts. The shares of Panevėžio statybos trestas AB are traded at the Vilnius Stock Exchange. On 30 September 2011 the total number of the shareholders who under the ownership right held or controlled more than 5 percents of the authorized capital of the Company:
