Aliuminio fasadai UAB is a branch of Panevezio statybos trestas AB which makes designs, produces and performs installation of aluminium glass structures: facades, various partitions, windows, doors. Currently Aliuminio fasadai UAB is looking for Head of Aluminium Glass Structure Production Shop.
Job description:
- Organizing and supervising activities of Aluminium Glass Structure Production Shop
- Preparing, co-ordinating and improving Quality Management System considering the corporate strategy
- Organizing supervision of production processes to ensure production quality
- Ensuring production planning and timely performance control
- Co-ordinating acquisition of production materials
- Ensuring implementation of environmental systems
- Keeping a complete record of work performed by Production Division
Requirements:
- Similar work experience (at least 3 years)
- Higher education (in engineering, mechanical or technical field)
- Excellent knowledge of environmental and quality management
- Perfect leadership qualities, good communication and co-operation skills
- Excellent work skills with MS Office programmes
- Proficiency in English and Russian at least B1 / B2 level
