We have signed contracts for the structural design and general contracting of the "Bukčiai" quarter.
A new quarter, "Bukčiai", spanning 3.1 hectares is being developed between the Neris river and Bukčiai forest — a conversion project in the capital, transforming a former industrial area into a modern residential environment. In the first phase of the project, closer to the forest, 9 multi-apartment buildings are planned, with design solutions shaped by the terrain and existing landscape. Underground parking facilities will also be constructed, along with the development of the quarter's internal infrastructure and green spaces.
