A major renewable energy project has been completed in Kruopiai, Akmenė District, with the construction of 12 wind turbine foundations totaling 74.4 MW of installed capacity. This development strengthens Lithuania’s energy independence, reduces CO2 emissions, and promotes sustainable, environmentally friendly energy production.
In addition to the wind turbine foundations, the project included the construction of access roads, ensuring smooth logistics and efficient operation. This initiative reinforces Lithuania’s commitment to renewable energy, delivering long-term benefits for both local communities and the country as a whole.
