Company management

The management bodies of the company are the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company – Managing Director. The company operates following the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, the Articles of Association and other regulations of the Republic of Lithuania. The General Meeting of Shareholders is convened by the Board annually within four months from the end of the financial year. 

Board

The Board is formed from five members, which are elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders for the term of four years. One of the goals of the Board policy is to maintain the sufficient portion of equity capital to justify trust of investors, creditors and market participants in the company, and anticipate business development in future. The Board is responsible for creation and supervision of the risk management structure. At the same time, it seeks to maintain a disciplined and constructive environment for risk management, in which all employees know their roles and responsibilities. The Board continuously analyses the return on capital and, in the light of its financial results and strategic plans, makes proposals for payment of dividends.
