About project

The Embassy is located in the central part of London, Westminster, not far from the Houses of Parliament and other state authorities. The information centre of tourism, premises for the Lithuanian community also moved there. The new premises comprise spacious areas for waiter service, equipped with an electronic customer flow control system, there is an elevator for the disabled, spacious rooms for conversations, ensured adequate protection of classified information. From now on reception and procession of documents from Lithuanian and foreign citizens will be faster – there are seven counters for consular services instead of two. It will be possible to have videoconferencing with any city in the world, receptions, concerts and other events in the embassy halls. On the top floor there are four service apartments for security personnel and technical staff, which will allow saving accommodation rental costs. The heating and cooling system enables to make effective changes in temperature modes and save energy by reducing the room temperature after working hours. The area of a five-storey building exceeds 1500 square meters.
