After plant expansion production capacities increased from 12 thousand tons per year to 60 thousand tons per year, and the volume of 14 thousand ton silo was increased to 34 thousand tons. During the project implementation two old metal hangars and a cooling reservoir were demolished, 10 kV and 0.4 kV power network, water supply, waste water and telephone systems were reconstructed and a natural gas-fired fully automatic 2100 kW boiler station was built. The scope of works included construction and installation of wheat reception, drying, cleaning, storing, dry malt production and other equipment and facilities: different types of silos, wheat cleaning station (machinery tower), malt loading building, soaking building, germination chambers, maintenance premises, truck scales, transformer station, control station and others. Site area – 3.6 ha, total build-up area – 18,700 square meters.
